WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICY?

For custom rings, we will not process a free replacement simply because you don't like the design or the final result. Before placing the order, make sure to put or include all the details correctly and make sure that you like everything. If you have any doubts about materials or designs feel free to contact us.
Refunds will be given on a case to case basis and we are not responsible for any shipping fees on refund returns.
We may give a partial refund but a full refund will not be possible since the ring was custom made to your specifications.
Your statutory rights will not be affected.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do ship internationally.
The customs bureau of every country has the right to stop any shipment and charge a fee. The shipping cost that you pay LYRA Designs does not include any customs fees.
We are not responsible for any customs fees and it is the buyers sole responsibility.
WHEN WILL MY RING SHIP?
We endeavour to ship our rings as soon as possible - within 7 days. However we will occasionally require a little extra time so prefer to allow 21 days. This could be due to a material being out of stock as after all, we are working with exotic materials!
We will keep you informed throughout the whole process.
WHAT IF I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE?
